內衣物脫水的好處

洗好兩件內衣,一件用脫水槽把水脫去,把脫掉的水裝在玻璃杯裡,另一件不脫水用滴乾的方式,內衣下方擺一個玻璃杯把內衣滴下來的水盛住。把兩杯水拿來作比較,會發現脫水槽脫出的水是髒污的,而用滴乾法的水杯裡的水是乾淨的。

使用脫水槽時脫水機會把留在內衣上的清潔劑、汗水、細菌隨著水分脫出,而且可讓內衣快速乾燥,而滴水法那杯為何是清水呢?因為內衣上的材質就像濾網,水分雖然會一滴一滴地流失蒸發,但殘留在內衣上的卻是細菌、汗水、清潔劑的綜合物,而內衣晾乾至乾燥的這段時間越久就更容易造就滋生細菌的溫床,體質不好的人還可能產生過敏。

因此建議內衣一定要脫水後再晾乾的原因就在此囉!

水果去除壞掉的部分後也不宜吃

有些人由於保存不當,買回來的水果常常會發生腐爛現象,於是人們就用刀把腐爛部分挖掉,把剩下的沒有腐爛的部分吃了。

盡管剩下的是未腐爛的部分,但是其中絕大部分已經被微生物代謝過程中所產生的各種有害物質侵蝕,特別是真菌在水果上的繁殖加快,有相當一部分真菌在繁殖的過程中會產生有毒物質。這些有毒物質會從腐爛部分通過果汁向未腐爛部分擴散,使未腐爛部分同腐爛部分同樣含有微生物的代謝物,尤其是真菌毒素。特別嚴重的是,有些真菌素具有致癌作用,所以,水果盡管是已經去除了腐爛部分,剩下的仍然不可以吃。



你會洗草莓嗎?

這是粉重要的訊息,請注意囉!一般人洗草莓,會將草莓的葉片摘除,再放在水中。此方法是不正確的,因為草莓一旦去葉頭,放在水中浸泡,可能造成農藥藉著水流進入草莓內心,因此反而受更多污染。

正確的洗滌方法是,草莓不要去葉頭,放入水中浸泡十五分鐘,如此可讓大多數農藥隨著水溶解。而後將草莓去葉子,放入鹽水中泡五分鐘,再用清水沖洗,即可食用,並且應盡量避免用手搓揉,也不需使用清潔劑。



有怪味的冰箱和鍋子(實用)

現代人往往食物一次買太多,或是生活過於忙碌,讓一些食物好生生的在冰箱放到壞掉。冰箱有怪味是一件很噁心的事,到底要怎樣去除那些噁心的味道呢?

冰箱內若有異味產生,可放水果皮將異味吸附後丟棄,或將茶葉、沖泡過的咖啡渣置入,也可用加入少許醋或檸檬汁的水擦拭亦可。


煎過魚的油鍋,魚腥味很難洗去,可以趁著剛煎完魚,油鍋尚未冷卻時,放入一茶匙的清醋清洗,如此可輕易將腥味去除。



剝洋蔥和醃梅子煮肉



  1. 切洋蔥時,往往因揮發的氣體讓人淚流滿面,若先將洋蔥冰過再切就可降低其揮發效果。同樣,在剝洋漗時可在水中進行,也有相同效果。




  2. 在烹調肉類食物時,可加入醋或醃漬過的梅子,讓肉類易熟。梅子的醃漬過程很簡單,將梅子洗淨、搓鹽、浸泡、曬乾、加糖置入密封的罐子裡即可。

如何清除衣服上的口紅或污漬



  1. 衣服沾上口紅時,可先將沾染處浸濕,先用酒精擦拭後再用肥皂或氨水洗淨即可。



  2. 衣服上的污點去除之後,若用熨斗直接燙乾,會在原本有污漬的地方留下痕跡。為避免如此,先用洗滌劑完全清洗乾淨並在污漬周邊以噴霧器噴濕,如此衣物乾後便不會留有痕跡。

快速地剝下高麗菜葉

如果想要利用高麗菜作一道美味的菜捲時,首先就是要將高麗菜的葉子剝下來使用,可是一片片地剝實在是有點費時又費力,而且也不能剝得很完整。

這時,可以先將高麗菜中間的菜心挖掉,將高麗菜放到鍋子裡,用熱水慢慢地倒入高麗菜中央的洞裡頭,直到完全淹没為止。

之後蓋上蓋子放一段時間,等到再將蓋子打開時,高麗菜葉自然就會一片片完完整整地剝下來。

如何挑選新鮮葡萄?

葡萄好吃又含有豐富的維他命,不過,葡萄上通常都會有白色的物質,有些人會覺得是農藥的殘留物而感到害怕,其實這白色的物質不是殘留的農藥,它是葡萄特有的白色果粉,越新鮮的葡萄上會有越多白色果粉喔!所以它也是我們判斷葡萄新鮮與否的指標喔!

葡萄白色的果粉對人體無害,所以也不必太費力地去清洗它,不過,如果還是覺得不放心,除了用清水清洗之外,可以再加一點點牙膏一起揉搓,這樣白色的果粉就比較容易洗掉囉!

使隔夜蛋糕變好吃

以下方法我還沒試過,這個神奇小桌曆上就是這麼寫的。大家可以回家試試看,不好吃不用錢!


  1. 取一個牛皮紙袋,倒入水之後,使紙袋內沾濕之後,將水倒出,再將蛋糕放入牛皮紙袋中,放入烤箱中,150度C,4 分鐘,烤出來的蛋糕就會像剛出爐的一樣好吃。其他像發粉類的食物也可以,例如:麵包,饅頭。
  2. 用大同電鍋"吹"冷的麵包,真的很好用,只要鋪一張廚房紙巾,按下開關,3 分鐘後就有像剛出爐的麵包可以吃了,而且度將多餘的油蒸出來,都被紙巾吸收了。

衣服發霉怎麼辦?

衣服怎麼會發霉呀?

是的,我的一件粉紅襯衫昨天就發霉了!
我想大概是因為放在洗衣籃裡太久了,汗漬、潮溼、再加上時間的洗鍊(它被我丟在那兩個星期...),所以才會長出這種噁心的小黑斑吧!

衣服發霉我是第一次遇到,查了一下發現原來在東亞潮溼的環境中應該還滿常見的:
梅雨名稱由來已久,早在漢朝即有記載,古時候稱為「黃梅雨」。其中,有很多記述和梅雨發生的時間有關:例如晉代有「夏至之雨,名曰黃梅雨」,唐有「梅實迎時雨」,宋有「梅子黃時雨」,又有「江南五月梅熟時,霖雨連旬,謂之黃梅雨」等等。由這些記載可以知道,梅雨是因為發生在梅子成熟時期而得名。

另外,又因梅雨時期陰雨連綿,空氣潮溼,物品容易發霉,所以明朝醫學家李時珍有「梅雨或作霉雨,言其霑衣及物皆生黑霉也。」的說法,因此梅雨又有一個別名:「霉雨」,而不論是「梅雨」或「霉雨」,這一個名稱已經在中國流傳了一千多年了。(任立渝:梅雨!霉雨!

看來,衣服發霉應該不是我的錯...

不論如何,不論我使勁地刷,用盡了吃奶的力氣去刷,邊吃奶邊配洗衣粉、衣領精、白醋、漂白水去刷,連刷毛都變形了,就是刷不掉。

這霉可大條了吧?但後來竟然輕輕鬆鬆就清掉了!


原來根本不用刷,用漂白水讓衣服泡幾個小時,那些小黑點就自動消失,清潔溜溜。
這讓我見識了漂白水的強大威力,也給大家作個參考囉。

碎掉的洋芋片別有妙用

一打開洋芓片想要大快朵頤一番時,發現裡面的洋芋片都碎掉了,這下真不知道丟掉好還是硬吃進肚子裡好呢?(按:不可以給小狗吃喔!牠們吃了會腎臟負擔過重)

其實碎掉的洋芋片是另有妙用的,所以不用丟掉也不用硬吃下肚子裡去喔!我們可以將這些洋芋碎片壓得更碎一點,然後跟麵包粉混在一起,就可以充當炸東西的麵衣囉!

多了洋芋碎片的麵衣,炸出來的食物不僅有洋芋片的風味,也會更加地酥脆好吃喔!

如何清理皮包

正確且適當的皮包保養,能使這些嬌客永保亮麗喔!


  1. 日常保養:平時擦亮光蠟,可以避免灰塵,不用的時候應塞入紙板或報紙,以防變形。
  2. 去除污垢:用軟布沾蛋白擦拭污點,就可以將惱人的污點去除,發霉的小牛皮皮包,最好購買品牌專用油來除污,再均勻塗上同色系的色油即可。
  3. 皮質變硬:用保革油擦拭,可以恢復原來的柔軟。
